Social Connection/ Experience Design/ Event Design

Client: Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Cross Centre

Collaborating with Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs), We designed an immersive community project that bridges Mindful Photography with interactive storytelling. Participants' captures of Wanchai are curated into 12 monthly calendar cards, hidden across historical landmarks and local shops.

The highlight of the design is the "Transformative Event Guide": We created a hand-drawn treasure map that serves a dual purpose. Beyond guiding "treasure hunters" through the district, a dedicated section of the map is designed to be cut and folded into a functional calendar stand. This allows participants to house and display the 12 cards they discover, turning a piece of marketing collateral into a lasting memento of their community exploration.

Key Contributions:

Circular Design Thinking: Developed a sustainable, multi-use event guide that extends the project’s lifecycle from the street to the home.

Tangible Engagement: Created a "Collect-and-Build" experience that incentivizes full participation and deepens the emotional connection with the Wanchai district.
